City pair close to comebacks
Manchester City pair Sergio Aguero and Micah Richards are both making good progress as they battle back from injury.
Striker Aguero suffered a knee injury in City's season opener against Southampton and initial reports suggested he could be set for a lengthy period on the sidelines.
However, the forward has been selected for the Argentina squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifier against Peru and could feature, although he remains a doubt, and is expected to make a return to the City first-team before the end of the month.
Richards suffered an ankle injury playing for TeamGB at the Olympics and had been expected to be sidelined for around 10 weeks.
However, the defender now hopes to return to light training in two to three weeks and could feature for City in October.
