AC Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani claims Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli would be a 'dream' signing for his team.
Galliani has spoken out on his ideal transfer acquisition at the San Siro as he would like to help build a squad capable of scrapping it out for the Serie A title and Champions League glory in the future.
And, Balotelli, who joined City from Milan's rivals Inter Milan in a £24million deal in summer 2010, would be the player Galliani bids for if he had the opportunity.
He said: "I have many desires. In all probability, it will remain a dream to see him (Balotelli) with the Rossoneri."
City boss Roberto Mancini has maintained that he wants to keep Balotelli at the Etihad Stadium, while the controversial hitman, who is preparing to face England in Sunday's Euro 2012 quarter-final clash in Kiev, also pledged his immediate future to the Premier League champions.
But Balotelli has always said that a return to play in his homeland is something he would like to do before the end of his career so Galliani might get see his dream come true at some point in the future.
