Fernandes leaves Eastlands

Man City midfielder Gelson Fernandes has joined French club St Etienne for an undisclosed fee after falling out of favour at Eastlands.
The 22-year-old has agreed a two-year deal which brings to an end his two-year stay with the Blues.
Signed by Sven-Goran Eriksson, the Swiss international made 59 appearances for City and scored four goals.
