Hughes hopeful over key duo

Manchester City, 09:49, November 3, 2009 ,

Manchester City could be boosted by the return of Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor for Saturday's visit of Burnley to Eastlands.

The two big-money summer signings missed Sunday's 0-0 draw at Birmingham - City's fourth successive Premier League draw - due to injury, but Hughes is hopeful that the former Arsenal stars will be available to line up against the Clarets at Eastlands this weekend.
"Adebayor and Toure haven't trained a great deal in the last two or three weeks, so they need a good week of training - and I hope they will be an option next weekend," he said.
City have been hit by the news promising midfielder David Ball is out for six weeks with a broken metatarsal.
