Lescott in dreamland

Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott is trying to contain his excitement as this weekend's title decider nears.
City head into their final game of the season against QPR knowing they can clinch the Barclays Premier League crown if they match Manchester United's result at Sunderland. Victory would make certain of a first title for 44 years but Lescott is warning everyone not to get carried away until the job is done. The 29-year-old told the club's official website: "You dream of those moments, but we haven't won a thing yet and we need everyone to keep their feet on the ground. "It will be incredible if we win the title but we still have one more huge game to play against QPR. If we can win that, it would be unreal." He added: "I'd say to the fans, keep a lid on it this week and let's not get carried away. If it happens next week, they can celebrate then. We all will."
