Robinho 'unfazed by speculation'
Manchester City, 09:47, October 15, 2009 ,
Man City star Robinho is part of Mark Hughes' plans but is not guaranteed a start, says assistant boss Mark Bowen.
The Brazil international is currently sidelined by a stress fracture to his ankle and has missed five games although he is set to return by the end of the month.
But Hughes' number two Bowen insists no one is untouchable at Eastlands given the wealth of forward talent at the club's disposal.
Robinho, who has been linked with a January move to Barcelona on loan, is competing with Craig Bellamy and Carlos Tevez for a role supporting Emmanuel Adebayor and Bowen admits he has work to do.
Bowen also told the club's website: "Robi is one of those players who will always be surrounded by rumour and speculation.
"It doesn't concern him - he comes in and always does his work with a smile on his face. He's a great guy and very much a part of the manager's plans."
