Toure coy on title hunt

Manchester City, 11:35, July 29, 2010 ,

Manchester City new-boy Yaya Toure does not expect to challenge for the title this season but has targeted a top-four finish.

City have acquired the considerable talents of Toure, David Silva and Aleksandar Kolarov during the transfer window, while they are also closing in on Inter Milan's Mario Balotelli, and many expect the Eastlands side to challenge for the Premier League title this season.
However, Toure believes it may be too hard to topple the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal this season but feels that City could go all the way in the 2011/2012 campaign.
"I am very happy to sign for the club and I think this year will be very good for Man City," said Toure.
"For the moment what I expect is for the club to go up, maybe finish third or fourth to be in the Champions League qualification.
"After one year with these players maybe we can take the championship.
"For now it is so difficult because with top teams like Chelsea, Man United and Arsenal they need to work hard to go up."
