Toure reveals Euro vision

Yaya Toure has insisted Manchester City have to "go higher" in the Uefa Champions League this season.
The Premier League champions were handed a daunting first assignment in Europe's marquee club competition last season and failed to get out of a group involving eventual finalists Bayern Munich, Napoli and Villarreal. It was a chastening experience for Roberto Mancini and his players and an otherwise low point in a memorable campaign which yielded a first major domestic title for 44 years. Key midfielder Toure says the immediate priority is to defend the club's Premier League crown and hopefully make more of an impact at Europe's top table. "I believe we can do it again and we have to go higher," Toure told Sky Sports News. "The priority is the Premier League and go as far as possible in the Champions League." He added: "It is important we continue to improve and we hope we can be successful this year as it is an exciting year for us and for the fans. "I have been here two years now and won two cups and now we need more and if we sign players this summer I hope they will be fantastic players."
