£30m bid rumours denied

Manchester United, 13:49, July 11, 2009 ,

Manchester United have yet to make a move for Sergio Aguero, according to Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo.

United are on the look out for replacements for Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez and reports in the press suggested that a bid of £30million plus Nani had been made to Atletico.
However, the La Liga outfit have moved quickly to dismiss the rumours and say no offers have been made for the talented 21-year-old.
"Manchester United has not made any offers for 'Kun' [Aguero] - and we will not sell any player," Cerezo told Marca. "We will not sell Aguero, Forlan, Simao - because we don't want to sell any of our players.
"We will keep all of our players because we are very good as we are and we have a great team."
