Edwin's December D-day

Edwin van der Sar is set to decide if he wants to continue playing for another season at Old Trafford in December.
The 37-year-old ended his Holland career after Euro 2008 but will see out the last year of his United contract at least until the 2008-09 campaign.
He said: "I must be able to do then what I can do now. If everyone's satisfied, okay. But if you are confronted with injuries and you miss long periods, then you look at it differently."
The former Ajax star confirmed he had no intention of going back on his decision to bow out of international football, but his club place is expected to come under threat from England keeper Ben Foster when he returns from injury this season.
