Fergie to go with experience
Manchester United, 11:37, December 16, 2010 , | 1 Comment
Sir Alex Ferguson has begun the mind games with title rivals Chelsea by warning 'they'll win nothing with kids!'.
The United boss believes the experience inherent in his squad stands them in good stead for Sunday's showdown between last year's top two - and has contrasted it with Chelsea's youth policy this season.
He said: "We have got good players and they have all had big-game experience for years now.
"It's not as if it's new to them. Their experience is very important and the desire is still there with this club. All our players have good desire to win matches.
"Chelsea have been gradually introducing one or two younger players into their squad.
"Ballack's contract came to the end, Juliano Belletti's came to an end.
"They have replaced them with younger ones such as Sturridge and the young boy McEachran."

typical fergie..... talks smack when his club is up and makes excuses when they are down. last i checked, his club is also on the aging side. and as far as youngsters playing, he won't see any of that on sunday as chelsea will be playing an experienced side with lampard, terry, essien, malouda, anelka, drogba, ivanovic, etc... so what the hell are you talking about fergie.....!! oh and by the way, you've only beat arsenal of the to 4 so far, and that was due to a fluke bounce of the head of park. we are so petrified of you coming to the bridge, NOT!! chelsea 2 manure 0. you heard it here first!
