Italian giants Juventus are believed to be keen to secure the services of Manchester United striker Federico Macheda on loan.

Macheda has impressed whenever he has been handed a chance by United boss Sir Alex Ferguson, but he has struggled to find a place in the first-team at Old Trafford, with Wayne Rooney, Dimitar Berbatov and Javier Hernandez ahead of him in the pecking order.
It remains unclear as to whether Ferguson would sanction a loan move, although reports in Italy claim Juve director Giuseppe Marotta will travel to Manchester to discuss a possible deal.
Juventus are thought to be eager to take Macheda to Serie A in January, with the Italian giants hopeful United will agree to allow the youngster to link up with them until the end of the season.
