Spurs playmaker Luka Modric refuses to be drawn on speculation linking him with Manchester United as he is focused on Euro 2012.
There have been reports that United will sign the Croatian midfielder for a fee of around £25million once his country's Euro 2012 campaign comes to an end. However, Modric refused to comment on the reports and insists his focus is on helping Croatia, who saw off the Republic of Ireland in their opening fixture, progress at this summer's tournament. "When I am playing for Croatia it is always different to playing for a club because it is a bigger responsibility on us," said Modric. "The Croatian people are expecting and expectations are high from us, and thankfully we played a great game. "We fulfilled their expectation and we are extremely happy that we won, and now we have to prepare well for Thursday for Italy."
