Porto have upped the ante over the sale of Joao Moutinho and told both Manchester United and Spurs he will cost £30m.

Both Spurs and United have been linked with the Portuguese playmaker as they look to add quality to their respective squads for the forthcoming season.
Sir Alex Ferguson is lining him up if he can't land Luka Modric from Spurs while Tottenham are after him if they can not persuade Modric to stay at White Hart Lane.
Moutinho, who has 48 caps for Portugal, is currently contracted to Porto until 2015, so they will not be pushed into selling and their boss Vitor Pereira, who spoke this week to say the only way Porto would sell Moutinho is if interested parties matched his buy-out clause of £30million.
"Clubs cannot just not sell. We really want him to stay but this is football and there are such things as release clauses," Pereira told Abola.
"The only thing we can do is achieve results with what we have got."
