Tevez back for United

Man Utd are boosted by the return of Carlos Tevez after compassionate leave for the trip to Portsmouth but Michael Carrick is out.
Tevez is back in the squad after a family bereavement forced him to return to Argentina and miss the Premier League opener against Newcastle last weekend.
Carrick injured his ankle against the Magpies and is set to miss three weeks so John O'Shea is on stand-by. Nani remains suspended for the champions and star man Cristiano Ronaldo is out until October.
Pompey will be without midfielder Niko Kranjcar so recent signing Jerome Thomas is in line for his full debut, while France midfielder Lassana Diarra has shaken off a knee problem.
Neither side got off to a winning start after United were held to a 1-1 draw by Newcastle at Old Trafford and Portsmouth were drubbed 4-0 at Chelsea.
