Tevez in for Berbatov hint

Carlos Tevez is back in training and is likely to return to the starting XI for United's Carling Cup semi-final first leg at Derby.

Sir Alex Ferguson confirmed the ex-West Ham striker's return from a post-Christmas trip back to Argentina and some kind of involvement in the match at Pride Park.

Rafael da Silva is another likely starter, but Fergie expects to field a similar side to the one that took on Southampton on Sunday, with Dimitar Berbatov, Gary Neville and Michael Carrick the most likely to drop out.

"Carlos will be back in training on Monday and he'll be involved on Wednesday," the boss told MUTV.

"It'll be virtually the same squad [that travelled to Southampton]. I might leave out one or two, but it'll be more or less the same group of players."
