Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson admitted his concerns over lack of signings but hopes to bring someone in before the window closes
There is less than a week to go before the transfer window closes and the Old Trafford side still haven't brought in a major signing to add to the Premier League and Champions League winning squad of last season.
A high-profile striker is top of Ferguson's wanted list with rumours surrounding Tottenham Hotspur's Dimitar Berbatov mounting, but a deal is yet to be done and Ferguson admits to his concern over the lack of new faces.
Speaking after Manchester United's 1-0 win over Portsmouth Ferguson told Sky Sports 1: "There is only a week to go and you start to concern yourself a little bit.
"We would like to add obviously, but we just have to wait and see what happens."
