Utd switch sights to strike duo

Manchester United, 13:58, July 2, 2009 ,

Sevilla's Luis Fabiano and Real Madrid's Klaas-Jan Huntelaar are understood to be the next transfer options for Manchester United.

The two strikers, both currently based in La Liga, are believed to be on Sir Alex Ferguson's wish-list having missed out on Karim Benzema and Franck Ribery.
Fabiano impressed for Brazil during the recent Confederations Cup, finishing as the top scorer, and although he has two years left on his current deal with Sevilla, the prospect of joining United could tempt the 28-year-old to England.
Meanwhile, Dutchman Huntelaar only joined Real in January's transfer window but now looks surplus to requirements following the arrivals of Kaka, Ronaldo and Benzema.
Ferguson is a long-time admirer of the former Ajax man, who cost the Spanish giants €20million.
