Nine-man Liverpool saw their title hopes dented further at Craven Cottage with the Reds slipping to their fifth defeat of the season.

The home side took the lead on 24 minutes when Bobby Zamora headed home Damien Duff's cross, just moments after Yossi Benayoun had hit the bar at the other end.
Liverpool, who were without Steven Gerrard and Glen Johnson, levelled just before the break when Fernando Torres fired in from edge of the penalty area.
The Cottagers went back in front in the 73 minute with a poachers goal from Erik Nevland, before Liverpool were reduced to ten men when Phillip Degan was dismissed for a late challenge on Clint Dempsey.
Soon after on 81 minutes, Jamie Carragher was also shown a red card for a challenge on Zamora and Fulham sealed the victory three minutes from time, when Dempsey was played in by Nevland and slotted home a third goal.
