Andy Murray has accepted a wildcard entry invite into next week's LA Tennis Open in California, the ATP Farmers Classic.

The British number one will be the top seed at the LA Tennis Centre after being approached when world number two Novak Djokovic withdrew due to personal reasons. It will be Murray's first appearance at a tournament since his Wimbledon semi-final defeat against Rafael Nadal.
Tournament director Bob Kramer said: "We were looking forward to Novak making his debut in LA.
"But we're very fortunate that Andy Murray will be able to join us."
Murray has been working hard on his fitness levels in Miami and will use the LA Tennis Open, which runs from 26 July to 1 August, to help him prepare for the US Open at Flushing Meadows from August 30. He is also scheduled to feature in the Rogers Cup in Toronto and Cincinnati Masters next month before the year's fourth and final major tournament.
