Andy Murray's Wimbledon build up has been hit after he lost to Nicolas Mahut in the second round of the Aegon Championship at Queen's.
The British number one began his preparation for Wimbledon with his first grass court appearance of the season at Queen's but it did not go to plan as the defending champion slipped to a disappointing 6-3 6-7 (4-7) 7-6 (7-1) defeat to the world number 65. Murray, still hunting his first Grand Slam title after more failure at the French Open earlier this month, never looked comfortable on Centre Court and must now pick himself up for SW19 later in June. There are ongoing worries over the Scot's fitness after his back injury flared up again in Paris. Frenchman Mahut will now face Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov in the third round.
