Men's Tennis, 10:56, July 26, 2010 ,
Mardy Fish defeated number two seed John Isner to secure his second successive ATP title at the Atlanta Tennis Championships.
The 28-year-old sixth seed and world number 49 secured his place in the final with a shock win against top seed Andy Roddick on Saturday. And the American continued his good run to make it 10 matches unbeaten as he defeated Isner 4-6 6-4 7-6 (7-4) in the Atlanta heat.
Fish, who won the Hall of Fame Championships earlier this month, said: "I feel as good as I've ever felt in my career."
He added: "I've never won two tournaments in one year, I've never won two tournaments in a row, and on the ATP tour, I've never won 10 matches in a row.
"It's probably as good as it's been."
