Grounds for optimism

Middlesbrough boss Gordon Strachan is set to throw Jonathan Grounds into the team for the clash with Doncaster as Chris Riggott is out.
Grounds could return to the heart of the defence after Riggot picked up a hamstring injury to become the latest in a long line of injury problems for the Boro boss.
Strachan told the club's official website: "It will be a couple of days before we know the extent of Chris' injury but hopefully it's just a strain. Groundsy will come back in and hopefully he's ready for the challenge."
Gary O'Neil and Tony McMahon are expected to shake off minor knocks and striker Jonathan Franks is available after his appendix scare ended but Isaiah Osbourne is still out.
