Striker set for debut

New signing Marcus Bent is likely to go straight into the side to face Plymouth due to Jeremie Aliadiere's injury.
Bent has joined Boro on loan from Birmingham where he was finding first team opportunities hard to come by and with Gordon Strachan needing to add to his front line the deal went through late on Thursday.
Bent will partner Leroy Lita up front due to the continued absence of Jeremie Aliadiere whose ankle operation will sideline the Frenchman for six weeks.
