Woodgate wants Boro consistency

Defender Jonathan Woodgate has challenged Middlesbrough to find the consistency they will need to achieve their dream of promotion.

The Teessiders head into the npower Championship clash with Hull at the Riverside Stadium sitting in seventh place in the table, but just three points adrift of leaders Leicester. However, with a series of clubs having topped the table already this season only to fall away, Woodgate knows how important a sustained run of form could prove. He told Boro's official website, www.mfc.co.uk: "I keep on banging on about consistency - the team which is consistent will go up. "Just recently, Birmingham won at Brighton not long after losing 5-0 at home to Barnsley. "I don't understand it, but if we are consistent, we will go up."
