Robinson happy despite results

Manager Karl Robinson insists MK Dons are not going through a blip in form at the moment.

Instead, Robinson believes his players are just lacking a bit of luck after results have eluded his side recently. Back-to-back home defeats have all but ended the Dons' automatic promotion hopes, leaving them 12 points behind second-placed Sheffield United with six games remaining. Robinson said: "We had a blip in late October but this isn't a blip because we are playing well at the moment and we are just not getting the results our performances deserve. "We hit the post in the dying seconds against Brentford on Saturday which is unfortunate, but when teams get the chances against us they seem to take them. "This season has been difficult for us, with things going against us off the field. But we have soldiered on and we are still in the play-off race. We will only be looking forward and we won't stop until we get there."
