More Porter interest

Motherwell, 14:28, November 24, 2008 ,

Nottingham Forest are understood to be keeping tabs on Motherwell forward Chris Porter with a view to a possible January bid.

There has been mounting speculation that the 'Well frontman will be heading south of the border during the new year transfer window, with a number of Championship clubs linked.
David Pleat, who has been working in a consultancy role for Forest, was spotted watching the striker in Saturday's defeat to Hibs.
Reports claim the former Oldham man is keen to come back to England, with Forest desperate to bolster their attacking options, following Andy Cole's decision to retire.
