Ameobi form all down to Kinnear

Newcastle striker Shola Ameobi has put his recent return to form down to Joe Kinnear's arrival at St James' Park.
Kinnear finally got his first win since being appointed Magpies interim boss on Tuesday, when his side beat West Bromwich Albion 2-1 and Ameobi was again on target in the win, grabbing his second goal in three games.
The rejuvenated striker, who has been handed a run in the side after injuries to Michael Owen and Mark Viduka, says his return to form is down to Kinnear.
He told the Newcastle Chronicle: "Joe's come in and put self-belief back into my game and really put my career back on track.
"And I have to say it's great for me to be back out there working hard and playing well. He's shown that belief in me, and it's great for me personally."
