Cameroon star in Newcastle exit

Newcastle have confirmed the departure of Cameroon international Geremi to Turkish club Ankaragucu.
The 31-year-old midfielder has signed a deal that will keep him there for the next 18-months.
The deal has been on the cards for a while with the player initially saying he had completed the move on his own but Newcastle were adamant that nothing was official.
Geremi failed to make a lasting impact at St James Park making 49 appearances, scoring only two goals in his three years on Tyneside.
