Magpies ready to fly - Martins

Striker Obafemi Martins is ready to fire Newcastle to safety and has hailed the return to fitness of Mark Viduka and Alan Smith.
Martins himself is also back in the first-team squad after hernia surgery and he has been joined by fellow attackers Viduka and Smith after Achilles and ankle problems respectively.
Caretaker boss Chris Hughton will be further boosted next month by the availability of hot shot Michael Owen and Nigeria star Martins feels the side can now kick on.
He told The Sun: "The lads have been fantastic and battling really hard while the rest of us recover from injury.
"But I think having me, Mark Viduka and Alan Smith back is a big plus for the club as we fight to fix a season that has not gone quite as planned."
