Trio in for Magpies ace
Fulham are keen on Newcastle defender Danny Simpson but QPR and Norwich are also interested in doing a deal.
The Magpies are ready to cash in on the player after failing to tie him down to a new deal and Fulham are said to be leading the chase for his signature. That would suit Simpson as reports claim he is keen to move to London and a fee in the region of £4million would be accepted by Newcastle, who do not want to lose him on a free transfer in 12 months. QPR are also in the hunt while the man responsible for bringing him to Newcastle, new Norwich boss Chris Hughton, is keen to take him to Carrow Road. The 25-year-old still has a year to run on his current deal but Newcastle have no intention of letting him run it down, while it is thought Simpson would also prefer to move on.
