Boothroyd remaining grounded

Northampton boss Aidy Boothroyd does not want his side to get carried away after their 2-1 victory put last year's finalists Cardiff out of the Capital One Cup.
Heidar Helguson gave the visitors an early lead but goals either side of the break from David Artell and Alex Nicholls were enough for the Cobblers to claim a big scalp in the competition.
Boothroyd said: "I don't want to get too carried away but I'm really excited about the players we've got here and what we might be able to do this season.
"It's important we celebrate this result but then focus on the next league game and not get too carried away.
"I don't want to be a team that has a good cup run and knocks a big team out but finishes near the bottom of the table."
