Canaries to swoop for Reds keeper
Norwich City,

Liverpool's reserve goalkeeper Brad Jones is a reported transfer target of Norwich City boss Chris Hughton.
Speculation has intensified over the weekend that the new Canaries chief is looking to bring in some strong competition for the number one shot-stopper John Ruddy at Carrow Road going into the new season. And, it appears that 30-year-old Australian Jones could be the man Hughton turns to in the transfer market in the near future. Jones, who joined Liverpool from Middlesbrough in a £2.3million deal, has two years left on his current Anfield deal, but he could be made available having only made one Premier League appearance for the Reds - in a 3-2 win at Blackburn at the back end of last season. Despite his lack of action at Liverpool due to Pepe Reina holding the number one jersey, Jones has plenty of Premier League experience from his days at Boro. And if he joins it would enable either Declan Rudd or Jed Steer to gain some valuable first-team experience by going out on loan in the new season.
