Defender aiming to impress Gunn

Michael Spillane says he hopes he can play a big role in helping Norwich regain their Championship status next season.
The 20-year-old defender spent last season on loan at Luton and now returns to Carrow Road with the aim of impressing manager Bryan Gunn as he bids for regular first-team football.
"I'm looking forward to coming back and being part of the squad again, at last. I can't wait to get started," Spillane told the Norwich Evening News.
"It's always hard in pre-season doing all that running but there are a lot of games arranged, including one against Manchester United, so I'm looking forward to that."
