Lambert to stick with winning side

Norwich boss Paul Lambert has no fresh injury worries for the trip to Millwall and has named an unchanged squad.
Canaries left-back Adam Drury is still missing with a thigh injury so new signing Michael Rose will continue to deputise after arriving from Stockport County.
Elsewhere, Grant Holt is still out through suspension as he serves the final game of a three-game ban so the in-form Cody McDonald will stay in attack.
