Whitbread tipped to start

Norwich could hand a debut to new signing Zak Whitbread against Colchester after the player recovered from a hip injury.
Whitbread signed from Millwall last week and will go straight into the squad that takes on the U's, while Stephen Hughes is also back in the squad after missing the last two games with a calf injury.
Defender Michael Spillane is closing in on a return to action but the game against Colchester will come too soon for him.
