Winger to leave Forest

Nottingham Forest have confirmed winger Lee Martin will return to Manchester United once his loan spell has ended.

Martin has struggled to force his way into the Forest first-team in recent weeks and boss Colin Calderwood has decided it would be best for all concerned if he returned to Old Trafford.

The winger has also been told he is surplus to requirements at United and looks set to leave on a permanent basis during the January transfer window.
