Oldham are "not far away" from ending their poor run of form, according to boss Paul Dickov.

The Latics have won just one of their seven league games so far this campaign and sit a point above the relegation zone.
The visit of fellow strugglers Coventry, who are yet to win this season, gives Oldham a chance to prove their manager right.
"There have been encouraging signs," Dickov told the club's official website.
"The fact that Brentford's goalkeeper was man of the match last Saturday told the story. We took the game to them in the second half and they were hanging on at the end.
"We are all disappointed by our start to the season, but the boys are not deflated and we all feel we are not far away from getting things right."
