Athletics superstar Usain Bolt is preparing to go all-out when he defends his Olympic Games 100m title in the men's final tonight.
The Jamaican sprinter has been struggling with injuries ahead of the showpiece event on Sunday night, after the Caribbean runner visited famous sports doctor Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfahrt in Munich last month. The likes of Yohan Blake of Jamaica and Justin Gatlin and Ryan Bailey of the USA are waiting in the wings on any mistake the favourite might make in the final. Bolt looked relaxed in the heats as he booked his place in the final but admitted it did not go as smoothly as he would have hoped. He told the BBC: "I expected the reception in London and I was looking forward to it. "I stumbled at the start but I'm glad it happened now and not in the final."
