Adrian Lewis held defending Premier League of darts champion Gary Anderson to a 7-7 draw to end his hopes of reaching the play-offs.

Anderson went into the round-12 fixture in Liverpool on the back of a poor run of form and needed a win against world champion Lewis to have any chance of reaching the play-off places.
But the Scotsman's hopes of a win were ruined when Lewis levelled the match with a brilliant maximum 170 out shot, which was completed with a bullseye.
"It's been a struggle," said Anderson. "From day one it's been a struggle but I'm getting back to somewhere near my best, which is encouraging.
"It's nice to feel right on the stage for once, it's a long time since I've felt it. I've got to concentrate on the others now this is out of the window!
"We've got the UK Open and the Matchplay coming up so I have to focus on them now."
Phil Taylor came from 3-1 down to defeat Simon Whitlock 8-3 to move seven points out in front, while six players can still fill the other three play-off places after Kevin Painter drew 7-7 with James Wade, and Andy Hamilton played out a tough 7-7 draw with Raymond van Barneveld.
