Mo Farah has announced that he will run in the Bupa London 10,000 event next Sunday as part of his build-up to the Olympics.
The world 5,000m champion has had a disappointing indoor season and will look to get his Olympic preparations on track with victory in the host city next weekend.
Farah will go in search of a fourth straight success in a 10 kilometre road race and a victory in front of his home fans will boost his confidence ahead of a bid for double gold this summer.
The 29-year-old will come up against fellow GB Team member Scott Overall, who will represent Great Britain in the marathon at this year's Olympics.
Mara Yamauchi, also in the 2012 marathon team, will lead the British challenge in the women's race which, as with the men's race, will start and finish at The Mall.
