Striker locked in transfer talks

Plymouth Argyle, 19:15, November 18, 2008 ,

Plymouth have opened up talks with striker Rory Fallon and hope to get him tied down to a new deal as soon as possible.

Fallon has been a regular starter in the Pilgrims side this season and has impressed boss Paul Sturrock when chipping in with 4 goals in 13 starts to make him Argyle's second top scorer.
Sturrock has just got Dutch defender Marcel Seip tied down to a new deal and now hopes that Fallon will follow.
"We are in negotiations with Rory and his agent," Sturrock revealed. "Rory has been an influence to the team and I would like to think we could sort something out with him very quickly."
