Port Vale manager Micky Adams is delighted with the draw for the first round of the Capital One Cup which sees his side host Championship Burnley.

The sides last met in a 4-2 Burnley win in the FA Cup third round in 2011 and Adams is relishing the opportunity for his Valiants side to test themselves against higher league oppostition.
"It will be a big ask for the players to take on a Championship side, and a good one at that, in our first competitive game of the season," he told The Sentinel.
"They will obviously be big favourites, but we will have a good go and see what we can do.
"I am hoping there will be a decent crowd, and there could be lots of new faces for them to see. So you never know, there could be an upset."
The tie will be played in the week commencing August 13.
