Oldham will host Sheffield Wednesday in the first round of the Capital One Cup.
Wednesday clinched promotion from npower League One last season, beating Latics twice along the way as they chalked up a 2-0 victory a Boundary Park in December and won April's return 3-0.
The tie will be played in the week commencing August 13.
