Vale meet Saddlers in JPT

Port Vale will travel to Walsall in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Northern Section West second round.

Vale were impressive as they saw off League One high-fliers Tranmere 2-0 in the first round while the Saddlers were awarded a bye in the competition.
The tie is due to be played during the week commencing October 8.
