Pompey to play Dons

Portsmouth have arranged a pre-season friendly with League Two AFC Wimbledon.

Relegated Pompey, whose future remains uncertain until the club's administrators find a buyer, plan to travel to Kingsmeadow to take on the Dons on Wednesday August 8. It will be the first time Portsmouth have faced the Dons since the present club was formed in 2002 following Wimbledon's move to Milton Keynes. Pompey have already lined up friendlies with Havant & Waterlooville and Gibralter.
