Preston pair handed pro deals

Preston younsgters Luke Clark and William Hayhurst have been offered professional contracts at the npower League One club.

Both players have already featured in the first team this season, with Clark playing three times in all competitions and Hayhurst making his debut in last week's 2-2 draw against Charlton. The pair have been regular starters in the club's double-winning youth team and will be in the squad for the final day trip to Bournemouth on Saturday. Clark is a central midfielder known for being a free-kick specialist, while Hayhurst, who has overcome two leg breaks, is an energetic winger.
