Richard's Wright for Preston

Preston are closing in on the signing of former England goalkeeper Richard Wright on a free transfer.

The ex-Everton and Ipswich man left Portman Road at the end of last season after his third spell with the club.
Wright, 34, made just one appearance for the Tractor Boys last season and wants first-team football.
Preston boss Graham Westley wants competition for Thorsten Stuckmann and Wright is at the top of his list of targets.
