Hall heads list of Loftus Rd leavers

QPR boss Mark Hughes has shown the door to eight players as part of a massive summer clear-out at Loftus Road.

The Rangers boss has released Peter Ramage, Danny Gabbidon, Fitz Hall, Danny Shittu, Gary Borrowdale, Lee Cook, Rowan Vine and Patrick Agyemang as he starts to shape his squad for next season. And more could follow them out of the club, with Matt Connolly and Bruno Perone among the players expected to depart. Hall, 31, expressed his disappointment over how the matter was handled via his Twitter account but thanked the fans for their support. The ex-Crystal Palace and Wigan defender made 11 starts last season, but only two under Hughes.
