Mark Hughes will hand a late fitness test to striker Heidar Helguson ahead of the clash with Spurs to see if he can start.

The nine goal frontman came on in the defeat to West Brom last weekend but, after being out for months with injury, he is nowhere near fully fit but Hughes may yet risk him against Spurs. Fellow striker DJ Campbell is closing in on a return but is not expected to play but Djibril Cisse is available again after completing his four-game ban following his sending-off at Sunderland last month - his second red card since joining the club in January. Cisse has scored three goals in five game for the R's since his switch from Lazio, but has missed seven vital games through suspension, so whether Mark Hughes takes a risk with him remains to be seen. Jamie Mackie, and fellow frontman Bobby Zamora will be checked over but both played last week after recovering from knocks.
